What we do across York

We’re proud to be the guardians of Richard’s values. The charitable grants the Foundation will be donating in his name will support the three, key social pillars that Rich cared passionately about:

Community Development

Funding community initiatives that aim to improve the lives of residents by promoting social inclusion and empowering individuals and groups to bring about positive change.

Education

Helping to give young learners the best chance in life possible by funding a range of initiatives, from capital investment in improving learning settings to providing grants that will support the enrichment of overall educational experience.

Health

Supporting health charities, care organisations and healthcare groups that are working to ensure everyone in our local communities have equal access to quality health and wellbeing services.

About us

The heart of The Foundation will be the employees of Autohorn Fleet Services who will be able nominate charities and causes close to their heart, and this will represent half of The Foundations donations. The Trustees will also make discretionary donations along with a charity of the year which will be selected by a committee made up of Autohorn Fleet Service’s staff.
